I offer three lists and a general FAQ for all of them.

The first is moderating@barbarasdreams.com, which will help people who lead communities with problems and issues that come up in day-to-day life. Some of them can be pretty serious, and it is always good to have a place to talk about them. Sample issues: how to write a FAQ, how to stop a flame, how to deal with a member who is not fitting in or who is hurting people, how to deal with a community that has become infantile with anger. The plot twists never end.

The second list is the Web Dreams list, which is for people interested in leaving their creative mark on the web. Develop your web dreams within the safe confines of a supportive community.

The third list is the alternative Socks list, the temporary place for The Web Sociology List, so members may receive mail when Bill's server is down.
