Tools do not create a community, the emotional bond does, but
tools help. They shape the online environment the community lives in
by offering different things for people to do, and therefore are
an important part of overall community design. The tools I offer
were done using cgi/perl talking to mysql databases on a UNIX server.
I am always working on building more of them.
